The Arran Lodge Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy

We don't like it either, but the small print is here for everyone's protection. 

PRICES
Prices are per room per night and include breakfast unless it's shown as an extra. Tariffs are based on two people sharing a twin or double room and one person in a single room. We will charge extra for more than this number of people in a room. Only hotel guests are allowed in rooms after 9pm.

POLICIES

  • You can normally check in from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
  • You have to leave your room by 10:00am on the day of departure.
  • No smoking is allowed in rooms, cabins or any public room.  £100 extra cleaning charge is made for smoking in rooms.
  • No pets are allowed in rooms or cabins.
  • Car parking is available beside the main house.
  • Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. All personal possessions are left at the owner’s risk.
  • Please ask if you’d like us to keep something in the safe.
  • By making a reservation you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT 
Full payment is taken with your booking. We need a valid credit or debit card to guarantee your booking.  

  • Special offer, package and late bookings are not refundable.
  • The full bill for incidentals incurred during your stay is due on departure. 
  • The Arran Lodge Ltd reserves the right to review and vary prices. You'll pay the price at the time of booking. 
  • You irrevocably authorise The Arran Lodge Ltd to charge your credit or debit card with the amount of any bill.
  • We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards.  

 Cancellation Policy
Because of our island location cancellations affect us severely as it may not be possible to fill the space. 
We maintain a strict cancellation policy which applies even if you’re unable to travel because of ferry disruption or stormy weather.  We recommend you take out travel insurance.

  • All amendments and cancellations must be made according to our terms. Where this doesn’t happen we reserve the right to charge the full amount for your booking. When you tell us about an amendment or cancellation less than seven days before your arrival or after you have checked in we will charge the total amount for your booking.
  • We may make a full or partial refund of this charge if we are able to replace your reservation by a third party. Between seven days and one calendar month before your arrival we will charge an amount equivalent to one night’s stay.- more than one calendar month before your arrival there is no charge and your initial payment will be refunded. We have the right to amend or cancel your reservation where it can't be avoided
